01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Bank Statement Converter (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
02 Use of the Service
The Service converts PDF bank statements and related documents into structured formats such as Excel, CSV and JSON. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any document you submit.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to upload documents you do not own or have permission to process, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
03 Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
04 Plans & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Any price change takes effect at your next renewal.
05 Your Data & Privacy
Uploaded files are processed securely and automatically deleted after conversion, typically within one hour. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You retain all rights to the documents and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your files solely to provide the Service.
06 Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Bank Statement Converter and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or content except as necessary to use the Service.
07 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that converted output will be error-free, and you are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them.
08 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bank Statement Converter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business arising from your use of the Service.
09 Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or other users.
